Pause/Prompt/Practice Time: 10-12 minutes
Pause.
Think about a joyous memory for three minutes while smiling intentionally. (Even if it feels like a fake smile!)
Prompt.
Write a list poem of things that bring you joy. Keep your pen or pencil moving for five minutes.
Practice.
Make a list of things you have wanted to do for joy and pleasure but have postponed. Come up with a few steps to ensure you do something from the list soon
