A Very Good Day

After watching my son’s basketball game and getting to hang out with him for about an hour last night, I had a very good day today.

I met with my editor for my next book on Spiritual Direction for Writers. We had a lovely conversation about all kinds of writerly and humanly things.

Then I went to one of my happiest places, Battery Park Book Exchange, for Champagne, books, a gorgeous hummus board, and a pot of tea.

Other good things occurred too, but I’m tired and need to go to bed.

Cheers to conversations about writerly and humanly things, Champagne, books, and tea.
