A Spiritual Direction for Writers® Book Update in the Form of a Shoutout to Switchyards

I'm obsessed with Switchyards.

I live in Birmingham, Alabama but travel to Atlanta, Asheville, and the Durham/Raleigh area often. When I saw Switchyards had locations along my typical travel route, I joined the location closest to the High Museum of Art, since Atlanta is only two hours from home and I try to go to the museum any time I'm in the area.

I'm a writer, spiritual director, and co-founder of a new arts non-profit. I think I'll need to thank Switchyards in the acknowledgments portion of my next book. I just completed a round of developmental edits for the manuscript and finished before my self-imposed deadline (during the holidays!) thanks to writing sessions in Asheville and Atlanta over the past week.
