Daily Nourishment Read Time: 30 seconds
Pause/Prompt/Practice Time: 13 minutes

When you aren’t sure what to write, try starting with something you’ve forgotten. Then see what happens next.

Pause.

Prompt.

Read the poem two more times. Use your imagination to enter the scenes in both stanzas. Take notes for three minutes and describe what you see.

Practice.

Set a timer for seven minutes and write about something you’ve forgotten.
